Try Cash Instead of Debit Cards

{2}

I no longer use a debit card, and I couldn't ever imagine living without it, until I read "All Your Worth" that suggests you only keep in your checking account the money you need to pay your bills, and the rest is taken out in cash to live on (spending money) over the next two weeks.

I was sure I would blow it all quickly, but the opposite happened; I didn't want to part with cold, hard cash, and I don't carry it all around on me at one time, either.

I have used this method for almost two years now, and I will never go back to using a debit card, always wondering how much I've spent and how much I've got left.

With cash, there's no wondering, and no one ever turns you down at a store with cash, although they do look at you a little strangely these days when paying with cash!

I do still use credit cards as I like to keep my credit rating in the high 600's so I can purchase a house someday
